1. Types of Access to PRO Features

AiNBar provides access to PRO features through two types of payment:

1.1 Subscriptions (Auto-renewing)

• Monthly Subscription (Monthly) — billed every month
• Yearly Subscription (Yearly Auto-renewing) — billed once per year

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled by the user.

1.2 One-time Purchases (No Auto-renewal)

• Yearly Access (Yearly One-time) — a one-time payment for 12 months of access
• Lifetime Access (Lifetime) — a one-time payment that provides access to PRO features for the lifetime of theAiNBar project (see Section 7)

2. Subscription Cancellation and Promotional Pricing

• Users may cancel an auto-renewing subscription at any time
• After cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period
• No further charges will be made after cancellation

Promotional Pricing

• If a subscription is purchased at a discounted or promotional price, that price is retained for future renewals as long as the subscription remains active
• If the subscription is canceled, the promotional price is permanently forfeited
• Any new subscription will be charged at the current standard price

3. Payment Issues

• If a charge fails, the subscription may be temporarily suspended
• If payment is not completed within a reasonable time, access to PRO features may be revoked

4. Plan Changes

• Purchasing a new plan will replace any currently active plan
• No refunds are provided for any unused portion of the previous plan

5. Dependency on Third-party Services and Browser

AiNBar operates by displaying web interfaces of third-party AI services within the browser.

Therefore:

• Changes in third-party services (UI updates, security policies, iframe restrictions, etc.) may temporarily or permanently affect functionality
• Browser updates may impact the operation of the extension

AiNBar is not responsible for service interruptions or feature limitations caused by such external factors.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 General Rules

• No refunds are provided if a user fails to cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle
• Users are solely responsible for managing their subscriptions

6.2 Force Majeure

Refunds are not provided for issues caused by factors beyond AiNBar’s control (see Section 5).

7. Refunds for Yearly and Lifetime Plans

Refunds are only considered in cases of a critical malfunction within AiNBar that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 30 days).

7.1 Yearly Plans

• Refunds are calculated proportionally based on unused time
• The maximum refund amount does not exceed 50% of the original purchase price

7.2 Lifetime Access

For refund calculation purposes, the lifetime period is defined as 5 years (60 months).

• Refunds are calculated based on the unused portion of this period
• The maximum refund amount does not exceed 50% of the original purchase price

If 5 years or more have passed since the purchase, obligations are considered fully fulfilled and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

8. Changes to These Terms

AiNBar reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available to users.
